Foreign Policy 

• President Zelenskyy and Dutch Prime Minister Rutte visited Ukrainian defenders at a military hospital in Kharkiv. 

• Ukraine and the Netherlands signed a bilateral agreement on security cooperation and long-term support. 

• President Zelenskyy and Greek Prime Minister Mitsotakis met in Odesa. 

• Ukraine has started negotiations with Spain on the conclusion of a bilateral security agreement. 

• The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for two senior Russian officers over the Russian aggression against Ukraine, including strikes targeting Ukrainian power infrastructure. 

• France is joining the Czech Republic's initiative to purchase ammunition for the Ukrainian Armed Forces and seek funding for the project. 

• New sanctions against Russian entities, introduced by Japan, Australia and New Zealand, Canada, and the USA. 

Home and Frontline 

• Total Russian combat losses since February 24, 2022 – March 7, 2024, are: personnel – 421 430, tanks – 6 695, APV – 12 779, artillery system – 10 350. 

• The Russians attacked Ukraine with 5 S-300 air-to-surface missiles and 42 Shahed drones on the night of 5-6 March. 

• The Ukrainian Air Force shot down another Su-34 in the Eastern direction. 

• Ukrainian intelligence destroyed Russian ship Sergey Kotov. 

• President Zelenskyy signs law on corporate governance of state-owned companies.

Grain from Ukraine

• More than 2,5 mln tons agro products have been exported across Danube river. 

• Ukraine provides emergency food aid in the form of 25,000 tons of wheat, which will assist 1.3 million people affected by the crisis in northeastern Nigeria.
