• Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba invited Guangdong authorities and business to develop cooperation with Ukrainian regions during his visit to the People's Republic of China. 

• Ukraine and the United Kingdom signed an Agreement on credit support for the development of Ukraine’s defense capabilities.

Home and Frontline 

• Total Russian combat losses since February 24, 2022 – to July 25, 2024, are personnel – 571 350, tanks – 8 313, ACV – 16 039, artillery system – 15 804. 

20 000 Russians were killed during the offensive in Kharkiv Oblast. 

• The Russians attacked the south of Odesa Oblast and central oblasts with Shahed strike drones on the night of 24-25 July. 

Nearly 5 000 workers evacuated from Russian-occupied nuclear power plant in Zaporizhzhia. 

• Ukrainian Government approved the Food Security Strategy of Ukraine until 2027

• President Zelenskyy met with the athletes who will represent Ukraine at the XXXIII Summer Olympic Games in Paris and their coaches. 

• The Boeing Corporation and the Ukrainian company Antonov signed an Agreement that may facilitate the joint production of UAVs for Ukraine.
