On 11 July 2024, Taras Kachka, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine and Trade Representative of Ukraine, paid a working visit to the Republic of Türkiye. The purpose of this visit was to prepare for the implementation of the Free Trade Agreement between Ukraine and Türkiye.

During the meetings of the Ukrainian delegation with Turkish partners, important issues such as intensification of business contacts, reconstruction of Ukraine and solving current problems were discussed. The parties focused on improving cooperation between the two countries to stimulate economic growth and mutually beneficial cooperation.
