Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Rustem Umerov, within the framework of his visit to Türkiye, held meetings with the Head of the National Intelligence Organization, İbrahim Kalın, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye, Hakan Fidan.

The parties exchanged assessments of the security situation, discussed possible scenarios for further developments, and coordination of actions taking into account the dynamics of negotiation processes and the regional environment.

The issue of the release of Ukrainian prisoners of war, as well as the return of civilians and children illegally abducted by Russia, was also discussed.
